Best Chocolate Fondue

Servings 8

Chocolate fondue with honeycomb and strawberries.

Overview

Get out your fondue pot, invite your friends or sweetie, and dig in to this luscious honey and chocolate fondue.

We keep it simple and dunk honeycomb and strawberries into the rich chocolate, but the sky’s the limit when it comes to other dippers. Try pound cake, angel food cake, graham crackers, or cookies.  Break out this surprise at parties to wow your guests!

Instructions

What to Do:

1. Wash Up!

2. Make the fondue: Combine the chocolate chips, honey, cream, and cognac in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.

To Serve: Keep the fondue warm in a fondue pot. Serve with desired dippers.

Pro Tip: If you don’t have a fondue pot, a small crockpot will also work to keep the chocolate warm.

Table Talk: Do you like to stay in or go out for Valentine’s Day?
